HI, I'M MEG.
I have been in the health and fitness industry for 23yrs.
I started working and studying health and fitness from the age of 17yrs old and have always lived and breathed fitness.
I trained from the early age of 4yrs old for athletics specialising in 100m sprints.
I am originally from South Africa, where I had many clients who I worked with before moving onto Saudi Arabia, where I ran my practice for 8 years.
Now I have relocated with my family to Spain where I continue with my passion to help people rehabilitate their bodies to the best they can be.
I am a very keen athlete and love mountain biking, trail running, etc.
I adore marathons and long distance triathlons and have competed in many long endurance races including 5 full iron mans and comrades.
I also have 2 small kids who I adore too.

Wellness, Health and Fitness have always been in my life and I pushed my own track and field career as far as possible until I was old enough to start pursuing a future in Fitness and Rehabilitation.
Rehab is my passion and love!
It was always my optimal goal to work in rehab however I got side tracked by the many other pathways available within the fitness industry.
As such, I have decided to bring all the aspects of wellness that I love together under the one banner of MFit Training.
My goal is to keep rehabilitation and exercise fun by incorporating as many tools and equipment options as appropriate for each individual. This will not only keep it fun but keep the body constantly guessing and wanting more.
The most important aspect of what I do is to ensure that you have fun and enjoy the process.

BUT I DON'T NEED REHAB.
When I talk about rehabilitation, I am not specifically talking about a process you undergo when you are injured.
Rehabilitation can take many forms!
Rehabilitation can prevent injuries from happening and prepare ourselves for hereditary and genetic predispositions that may be forced upon us.
As a certified posture specialist (NPI-CPS), my trained eye is there to guide you in a preventative way.
A very big focus in my work is posture. Posture should not be something we work on when it’s too late, or when we have discomfort or injuries. Posture is the centre piece for being able to strengthen and reach our full potential and fitness goals.
This is a much needed area for us all to work on from any age and gender. Whether it’s getting our posture corrected or simply maintaining postural strength through our workouts.
