Postural Correction
Poor posture is something that is particularly difficult to avoid in modern society. You may unwittingly slip into poor posture once every now and again or you may do so more frequently for long periods every day.
Even the most aware of us can slip into bad habits mostly caused by the use of technology and the increase sedentary nature of our working lives. Being immobile for large parts of the day means that muscles can become tight and shortened, which can lead to a poor posture and pain as a result!
Making postural improvements can be done relatively quickly once you know the issues that are contributing to it and have a clear set of steps to correct the issues.
I will give you a physical examination and determine the reason for your poor posture in the first place. I will then help to dramatically reduce the effect it has had on your body and the pain it has left you with.
It is fundamentally important for you to understand that the physical inconveniences you are suffering as a result of poor posture can be relieved and easily fixed with the right treatment and advice.
